Source: OpenEdition books: VividhatīrthakalpaḥAvadhūtarūpa (अवधूतरूप) relates to the fourth of the fourteen degrees of qualities which lead to liberation, and represents a Jaina technical term mentioned in the Vividhatīrthakalpa by Jinaprabhasūri (13th century A.D.): an ancient text devoted to various Jaina holy places (tīrthas).—Note: Beings endowed with this quality have right faith, but they do not yet have self-discipline ( Glasenapp 1925 p. 196).
