Source: archive.org: Vagbhata’s Ashtanga Hridaya Samhita (first 5 chapters)Avighṛta (अविघृत) refers to “ghee of sheeps”, as mentioned in verse 5.42 of the Aṣṭāṅgahṛdayasaṃhitā (Sūtrasthāna) by Vāgbhaṭa.—Accordingly, “[...] Milk and ghee coming from cows (are) the best; disapproved of, however, (are those) originating from sheep [viz., kṣīraghṛte ... cāvisaṃbhave]. Such (is) the section on milk. [...]”.
