1) Causing to sink, faint, or fail.

2) Causing dejection or fatigue; एष शोकः परित्यक्तः सर्वकार्या- वसादकः (eṣa śokaḥ parityaktaḥ sarvakāryā- vasādakaḥ) Rām.

3) Exhausting, wearisome, tiresome, fatiguing.

4) Ending, finishing.
