Source: Google Books: ManthanabhairavatantramAsvarālaya (अस्वरालय) refers to the “abode of unmanifest speech without vowels”, according to the Manthānabhairavatantra, a vast sprawling work that belongs to a corpus of Tantric texts concerned with the worship of the goddess Kubjikā.—Accordingly, “[...] Unmanifest, the Great Void, endowed with the plane of the Nectar of the Void, the radiant energy which is Śiva and Śakti, she is Śavarī, the abode of (unmanifest speech) without vowels (asvarālaya)”.
