Asadvādin (असद्वादिन्).—a. one who says that a matter (or idea) is non-existent, who negatives the existence or declares the non-existence of an idea or matter; असद्वादी हि विद्यमानमपि अनुपलभ्य ब्रूयात् (asadvādī hi vidyamānamapi anupalabhya brūyāt) | ŚB. on MS.1.8.4. °त्वम् (tvam) Being an असद्वादिन् (asadvādin); सद्वादित्वाच्च पाणिनेर्वचनं प्रमाणम् । असद्वादित्वान्न कात्यायनस्य (sadvāditvācca pāṇinervacanaṃ pramāṇam | asadvāditvānna kātyāyanasya) | ŚB. on MS.1.8.4.
