1. End, close, termination; முடிவு. அறுதி யாகவின் றருஞ்சமர் முடித்தும் [mudivu. aruthi yagavin rarunchamar mudithum] (மகாபாரதம் பதினெட். [magaparatham pathined.] 46).
2. Finality, as in a sale. See அறுதிக்கிரயம். அறுதியீ தென்றுகொண்டு [aruthikkirayam. aruthiyi thenrugondu] (திருவாலவாயுடையார் திருவிளையாடற் [thiruvalavayudaiyar thiruvilaiyadar] 46, 32).
