Apṛthaktvin (अपृथक्त्विन्).—a. One who cannot distinguish (between the puruṣa and the prakṛti). वर्णाश्रमपृथक्त्वे च दृष्टार्थस्यापृथक्त्विनः । नान्यदन्यदिति ज्ञात्वा नान्यदन्यत्प्रवर्तते (varṇāśramapṛthaktve ca dṛṣṭārthasyāpṛthaktvinaḥ | nānyadanyaditi jñātvā nānyadanyatpravartate) || Mahābhārata (Bombay) 12.38.177 Critical Edition.
