2) the ministry or body of ministers of a king.

3) heart or soul. °प्रकोपः (prakopaḥ) internal dissensions or disaffection; अणुरप्युपहन्ति विग्रहः प्रभुमन्तःप्रकृतिप्रकोपजः (aṇurapyupahanti vigrahaḥ prabhumantaḥprakṛtiprakopajaḥ) Kirātārjunīya 2.51.
