Andhapūtanārtta (अन्धपूतनार्त्त):—[tatpurusha compound] m.

(-rttaḥ) A child possessed by the demon Andhapūtanā; ‘it dislikes the breast, is troubled with diarrhœa, hiccough, vomiting and fever, has a bad colour, sleeps on the ground and smells sour’. E. andhapūtanā and ārtta.
