Ananubanghaka (अननुबन्घक).—Without any mute significatory letter attached; अननुबन्धकपरि-भाषा (ananubandhakapari-bhāṣā) is the short name given to the maxim-'अननुबन्धकग्रहणे न सानुबन्धकस्य ग्रह णम् (ananubandhakagrahaṇe na sānubandhakasya graha ṇam)' See M.Bh. on I.3.1: V.2.9. There is a reading in the Par. Śek. निरनुबन्धकग्रहणे (niranubandhakagrahaṇe) for अननुबन्धकग्रहणे (ananubandhakagrahaṇe), in which case the परिभाषा (paribhāṣā) is called निरनुबन्धकपरिभाषा (niranubandhakaparibhāṣā). See Par. Śek. Pari. 81.
