Source: The University of Sydney: A study of the Twelve ReflectionsAnādibhava (अनादिभव) refers to “those whose existence is without a beginning”, according to the 11th century Jñānārṇava, a treatise on Jain Yoga in roughly 2200 Sanskrit verses composed by Śubhacandra.—Accordingly, “A corporeal [soul] becomes pure like gold immediately karma, whose existence is without a beginning (anādibhava) and which is completely consumed by the fire of meditation, is destroyed”.
