1) Aṃṭā (अंटा) [Also spelled anta]:—(nm) a ball; pill (as of opium or bhang); small shell or kauri:; spool of thread; (somebody’s) clutches; turn; ~[guḍaguḍa], ~[citta] dead-drunk, excessively intoxicated; [aṃṭe para caḍhanā] to fall into the clutches (of.).

2) Aṃta (अंत) [Also spelled ant]:—(nm) the end, termination; result, conclusion; mystery, secret; ~[hīna] unending, endless; —[pānā] to discover the secret of; —[bananā] to have a good end; —[bigaḍanā] to have a tragic finale; —[bhalā so bhalā] all is well that ends well; —[lenā] to extort the secret.

3) Aṃta (अंत) [Also spelled ant]:—[rdhvaṃsa] (nm) sabotage; ~[rdhvaṃsaka], ~[rdhvaṃsī] saboteur.
