Touch the wall with the chest and exhale again and again. This is āliṅgāsana, the embracer”.
The 19th-century Śrītattvanidhi is a sanskrit treatise describing 80 primary āsanas, or ‘posture’ and several additional ones (e.g., āliṅga-āsana).
