Ahividviṣ (अहिविद्विष्).—m.

1) Name of Garuḍa.

2) an ichneumon.

3) a peacock.

4) Indra. द्रुतं धनुष्खण्डमिवाहिविद्विषः (drutaṃ dhanuṣkhaṇḍamivāhividviṣaḥ) Kirātārjunīya 4.27; अहिद्विषस्तद्भवता निशम्य- ताम् (ahidviṣastadbhavatā niśamya- tām) Śiśupālavadha 1.41.
