Āgrahāyaṇīnakṣatra (आग्रहायणीनक्षत्र) is another name for the Mṛgaśirṣanakṣatra, a particular section of the ecliptic. It is also known as Āgrahāyaṇī, which means “related to agrahāyaṇa” and stands for the name of full moon day in that month (agrahāyaṇa).
