Agniviharaṇa (अग्निविहरण).—

1) taking the sacrificial fire from आग्नीध्र (āgnīdhra) to the उत्तरवेदि (uttaravedi).

2) offering oblations to fire; प्रत्यासन्ना °वेला (pratyāsannā °velā) K.348.
