Acalam (அசலம்) [a-calam] noun < a-cala.

1. That which is fixed; அசையாதது. அசித்தா யசலமாகி [asaiyathathu. asitha yasalamagi] (சிவபிரகாசம் பொது [sivapiragasam pothu], 10).
