Abhipravṛt (अभिप्रवृत्).—1 A.

1) To advance up to, approach, go up to.

2) To fall or flow into; यत्र भागीरथीं गङ्गां यमुनाऽ- भिप्रवर्तते (yatra bhāgīrathīṃ gaṅgāṃ yamunā'- bhipravartate) Rām.

3) To become conversant with. -Caus. To roll onward or towards.
