Cf. Prakrit a-raṭha-saṃ- vinayika (Select Inscriptions, pp. 92, 94). See bhoga-sambandha- nirvacanīya, grāma-nilaya-nāḍa-sarva-bādhā-parithāreṇa, etc. Note: a-rāṣṭra-sāṃvinayika is defined in the “Indian epigraphical glossary” as it can be found on ancient inscriptions commonly written in Sanskrit, Prakrit or Dravidian languages.
