BD.4.475 Come, let us carry out a (formal) act of suspension against him for not giving up a wrong view’; and they carry out a (formal) act of suspension against him for not giving up a wrong view, not by rule, in an incomplete assembly … by what has the appearance of rule, in a complete assembly. The cycle should be worked out.
