One short Sādhana in the Sādhanamālā describes this form of Avalokiteśvara. The Dhyāna for Sugatisandarśana (Sugatisaṃdarśana) describes his form. Fig. 117 illustrates a Nepalese drawing of Sugatisandarśana Lokeśvara which agrees with the Sādhana in major details.
