Mingun Sayadaw who had a thorough understanding of the thousands and thousands of Buddhist teachings (suttas).

Part 1 - Introduction to the Dhamma Ratanā

The Dhamma Ratanā is made up of the nine supramundane dhammas, which are the four maggas, the four phalas, Nibbāna; and priyatti, all the Teachings of the Buddha forming the Tipiṭaka or the Buddhist Scriptures, together with the practice of the Doctrine (paṭipatti) as delineated in the texts. It also implies the attributes of the Triple Gem. We shall begin this chapter with a discussion of the attributes of the Triple Gem in a treatment that is neither too concise nor too elaborate but that will cover all solvent features.
