The Buddha Carita (Saddharma-pundarika) by Asvaghosa a famous Sanskrit text revolving around the live and exploits of the Buddha. The Buddha Carita (Buddhacarita) is written in the style of a Kavya (or Mahakavya, epic poetry) and extant original Sanskrit text consists of roughly 1,000 metrical verses.

Verse 13.11

अथाद्य नोत्तिष्ठसि निश्चितात्मा भव स्थिरो मा विमुचः प्रतिज्ञाम् ।
मयोद्यतो ह्येष शरः स एव यः सूर्यके मीनरिपौ विमुक्तः ॥ ११ ॥

athādya nottiṣṭhasi niścitātmā bhava sthiro mā vimucaḥ pratijñām |
mayodyato hyeṣa śaraḥ sa eva yaḥ sūryake mīnaripau vimuktaḥ || 11 ||

'But if thou wilt not rise, strong in thy purpose,—then be firm if thou wilt and quit not thy resolve,—this arrow is uplifted by me,—it is the very one which was shot against Suryaka, the enemy of the fish.
