The Buddha Carita (Saddharma-pundarika) by Asvaghosa a famous Sanskrit text revolving around the live and exploits of the Buddha. The Buddha Carita (Buddhacarita) is written in the style of a Kavya (or Mahakavya, epic poetry) and extant original Sanskrit text consists of roughly 1,000 metrical verses.

Verse 5.20

इति पश्यत एव राजसूनोरिदमुक्त्वा स नभः समुत्पपात ।
स हि तद्वपुरन्यबुद्धिदर्शी स्मृतये तस्य समेयिवान् दिवौकाः ॥ २० ॥

iti paśyata eva rājasūnoridamuktvā sa nabhaḥ samutpapāta |
sa hi tadvapuranyabuddhidarśī smṛtaye tasya sameyivān divaukāḥ || 20 ||

When he had thus spoken, while the prince was looking on, he suddenly flew up to the sky; it was a heavenly inhabitant who, knowing that the prince's thoughts were other than what his outward form promised, had come to him for the sake of rousing his recollection.
