The Buddha Carita (Saddharma-pundarika) by Asvaghosa a famous Sanskrit text revolving around the live and exploits of the Buddha. The Buddha Carita (Buddhacarita) is written in the style of a Kavya (or Mahakavya, epic poetry) and extant original Sanskrit text consists of roughly 1,000 metrical verses.

Verse 2.22

वयो ऽनुरूपाणि च भूषणानि हिरण्मया हस्तिमृगाश्वकाश्च ।
रथाश्च गावो वसनप्रयुक्ता गन्त्रीश्च चामीकररूप्यचित्राः ॥ २२ ॥

vayo 'nurūpāṇi ca bhūṣaṇāni hiraṇmayā hastimṛgāśvakāśca |
rathāśca gāvo vasanaprayuktā gantrīśca cāmīkararūpyacitrāḥ || 22 ||

Ornaments also suitable to his age, and elephants, deer, and horses made of gold, carriages and oxen decked with rich garments, and carts gay with silver and gold.
