Chapter 23: Traveling to Vaishali

The World-Knowing One (世智 [shi zhi]) is all-perceptive,
All his vows are fulfilled.
His compassion is directed at sentient beings,
As if a person had only one son.
Just as a Wheel-Turning King (轉輪王 [zhuan lun wang])
Issues a command that is not disobeyed,
Weary of the five desires of the world,
Wishing to enter the cave of Dharma wisdom (法慧 [fa hui]).
The World-Honored One (世尊 [shi zun]) is also like this,
He performs the work of a Buddha.
He tirelessly and widely spreads his teachings,
Nothing he does is not completed.
He follows the evil world of samsara (生死 [sheng si]),
And follows their arising and ceasing.
He wishes to enter the great non-action (無為 [wu wei]),
And extinguish his mind in tranquil meditation.
At that time, in the city of Vaishali (維耶離 [wei ye li]),
A ghost (鬼 [gui]) that absorbed human essence and souls
Entered the city and brought a plague,
Oppressing and harassing people.
At that time, in Vaishali (維耶離 [wei ye li]),
The plague was raging like a fire.
The kings and ministers of the country
Gathered to discuss the matter.
The great fire of the evil energy
Burned the people of the country.
They all thought carefully,
"What is the way to remove this calamity?"
A great elder named Caiming (財明 [cai ming]),
The foremost of the pure faithful, said:
"There is no one else in the world
Who can be relied upon but the Buddha."
So he sent the pure faithful,
With Caiming (財明 [cai ming]) as their messenger.
The elder and the pure faithful
All clasped their hands together.
They prostrated their five limbs on the ground,
And respectfully spoke to the Buddha from afar:
"The universal protector of the world,
May you save our country from this calamity.
Like a frozen person seeking fire,
Or a seriously ill person asking for medicine.
If the darkness desires light and clarity,
Or a lost person wants a guide,
We seek the World-Honored One (世尊 [shi zun]),
Wishing to behold the bliss of gods and men."
The messengers went to the Buddha's place,
And the Buddha immediately accepted their invitation.
He then gave up his worldly awakening,
And the thoughts of gods and men were stirred.
The heavenly beings in the sky
Informed King Ajatashatru (未生怨 [wei sheng yuan]):
"How can you be safe and without worry?
The Buddha is about to leave you."
When the king heard the heavenly message,
His heart was filled with awe and shock.
He was worried and sad, and said:
"The hearts of sentient beings are ignorant and dull,
Who can go to the whetstone of wisdom
To sharpen their ignorant and dull hearts?
The faults of defilement (塵勞 [chen lao]) are serious,
The heavy debts of past retribution,
Who can save sentient beings from these heavy debts and faults,
And make them light?
We have been imprisoned for a long time
In the prison of samsara (生死 [sheng si]).
Who will use the pure key
To open the prison gates for us?
We have been exposed for a long time
To the scorching sun of greedy desires.
Who will bestow the Right Dharma (正法 [zheng fa]) on us,
The moon-jewel that quenches our thirst?"
The king then ordered his men to prepare,
And he rushed to see the Buddha.
He then invited the Buddha for the next day,
Requesting him to come to his palace for a meal.
He ordered the kitchens to be prepared,
With a splendid feast of a hundred delicious dishes.
The Buddha agreed to stay in the palace,
Accepting the king's invitation for a month.
He leveled the seven-tiered road,
All the way to the Ganges River (恒 [heng]).
He set up various tents along the road,
Adorned as a heavenly palace.
Various colored flowers and incense
Were scattered everywhere on the ground.
People gathered like a rising tide of water,
Overflowing like the sea.
The adornments of bright pearls
Were as white as the full moon.
The king's carriage and parasol
Were respectfully offered to the Buddha.
After a short while, the Buddha
Arrived at the side of the Ganges River (恒 [heng]).
The king offered another five hundred jeweled parasols to the Buddha.
The human king offered five hundred,
The dragon kings offered a thousand,
The heavenly kings offered five hundred,
And Vaishali (維耶離 [wei ye li]) offered five hundred.
The great protector of the world,
Should receive these jeweled parasols.
He accepted all the jeweled parasols,
Leaving only one.
At that time, the Heaven of Heavens (天中天 [tian zhong tian]),
With his disciples,
Two thousand five hundred people,
Crossed the flowing Ganges River (恒 [heng]).
The kings of Vaishali (維耶離 [wei ye li])
Loved and revered the Buddha with all their hearts.
They provided him with all that was needed,
And he arrived in the country in due order.
The Buddha immediately entered
The great city of Vaishali (維耶離 [wei ye li]).
With his eight wondrous and profound,
Pure Brahma-like voice (梵音 [fan yin]),
The Buddha spoke a verse:
"All living beings,
Those on land and those in the sky,
Should have compassion for sentient beings."
With the pure water of compassion,
He sprinkled it universally over the great earth.
Those crazed by thirst and heat
Were satisfied and cooled by the water.
From the Buddha's blessed cloud,
He released the rain of sweet words.
The whole city was filled and satisfied,
And the harm of the heavy poison was removed.
Then the Buddha returned
And went out the city gate.
The Buddha and the various Shramanas (沙門 [sha men])
Walked slowly around the city.
He bestowed protection and manifested good fortune,
Wishing for universal and eternal health.
The entire country was covered and protected,
And their happiness was immeasurable.
At that time, the elder Caiming (財明 [cai ming])
Invited the Buddha and his disciples.
He served them food, fragrant and sweet dishes,
And various things, all with great respect.
Then the Buddha widely proclaimed
The profound and essential Right Dharma (正法 [zheng fa]).
From Lion's Roar (師子音 [shi zi yin]) down,
Four thousand people attained the Path (道 [dao]).
The Buddha and his disciples went
All the way to the Nai Nu (捺女 [na nu]) Grove.
When Nai Nu (捺女 [na nu]) heard of this,
She rushed out to see the Buddha.
She got out of her carriage at the gate,
Her necklaces were like a cloud of lightning.
When she entered the grove,
She was like the goddess of good fortune.
She walked with a graceful and leisurely gait,
Like water following the flow of a wave.
Her countenance was like the spring sun,
A cluster of lotus flowers (芙蓉花 [fu rong hua]).
She was accompanied by heavenly and human women,
In adorned and beautiful forms.
Walking in the grove,
She moved the eyes of heaven and earth.
The Buddha, the World-Honored One (世尊 [shi zun]),
Saw the net of Mara (魔王 [mo wang]).
Looking at their beautiful forms,
He saw that they could destroy a person's precepts (戒律 [jie lu]).
The Buddha, with his Brahma-like voice (梵音 [fan yin]),
Told the Shramanas (沙門 [sha men]):
"Nai Nu (捺女 [na nu]) is coming now.
You should restrain your thoughts.
Each of you should take up
The strong bow of diligence (精進 [jing jin]).
With the arrow of rectitude,
And the string of wisdom (智慧 [zhi hui]).
Each of you should wear the armor of concentration (定意 [ding yi]),
And ride the chariot of self-restraint (自守戒車 [zi shou jie che]).
Each of you should store up the thought of compassion,
And enter the battlefield of colors seen by the eyes.
You should think carefully,
'What is a woman?'
She is a borrowed illusion,
Like brass or iron covered in gold.
The skin is as thin as a fly's wing.
If it were not covered,
This would only be a pile of flesh.
You should realize this.
Tears, saliva, and eye mucus,
If not wiped away,
And the dirt on the body,
If not washed away with water,
Pus, blood, and feces,
Gathered in one place.
Think carefully and look at this.
The desire in your heart will be extinguished and not arise.
You should observe and contemplate,
That this house of bones is disgusting.
It is tied and bound with tendons,
And covered with flesh on the outside.
It is covered with clothes and ornaments,
Like an artist covering a wall.
Just observe this yourself,
Do not be deceived by them.
Be firm and cautious in protecting your mind,
And you can have some benefit later.
If the mind is not tamed in the beginning,
It cannot be controlled later.
Evil conduct loses the Right Path (正路 [zheng lu]),
Wandering in confusion.
It is like an official horse for grinding,
Running in circles around the mill.
The eyes delight in seeing colors,
And the mind is then confused by the eyes.
Contemplate the inside and outside.
The foolish become attached, while the wise detach."
When the Buddha gave this teaching,
Warning his young disciples,
They immediately restrained themselves,
And looked at the Buddha's face with one mind.
Nai Nu (捺女 [na nu]) saw the Buddha from afar,
With his bright and majestic features.
Standing magnificently in the grove,
He was like the sun emerging from a cloud.
She looked at the Buddha with a compassionate and respectful heart,
Her mind subtle and pure.
She was like the abundant flowers of a tree,
Bending in the wind.
She prostrated at the Buddha's feet,
Clasped her hands with a respectful heart.
She moved back to her seat,
And the Buddha said to her:
"Women are prone to greed and indulgence.
It is a great benefit and very rare,
That you have come to me with a good heart,
Believing in the Right and True Dharma (正真法 [zheng zhen fa]).
It is not so extraordinary
For a man to believe in the Dharma (法 [fa]).
Even though a man's mind is deep,
His defilements (塵勞 [chen lao]) are still light.
Women constantly wander
In the love of defilements (塵勞 [chen lao]).
Their minds are narrow and their hearts are fickle,
They are exclusively attached to the six desires (六所欲 [liu suo yu]).
It is most precious and extraordinary
That your heart dwells on the Path (道 [dao]).
All the world is impermanent,
There is no "I" to be relied upon.
Sickness invades peace,
Old age destroys the beauty of the body.
Calamities snatch away a person's life,
To find joy in the Dharma (法 [fa]) is to be without calamity.
Women are often greedy and jealous,
They do not like to be with those they hate and resent.
Women's hearts are attached to things,
And they do not like to be separated from what they love.
Whoever takes on the form of a woman
Will inevitably have these two worries.
Because of this,
You should diligently practice the Dharma (法 [fa])."
Nai Nu's (捺女 [na nu]) nature was gentle and weak,
And her heart was full of shame and remorse.
Encouraged by the Right Dharma (正法 [zheng fa]),
She strove to be respectful.
She then clasped her hands and knelt,
And said to the World-Honored One (世尊 [shi zun]):
"May the Buddha be compassionate,
And accept my invitation for tomorrow morning."
At that time, the Buddha, knowing her heart,
That it was pure and full of joy,
Silently accepted her invitation.
The woman then left.
She prostrated her five limbs on the ground,
Bowing her head and prostrating at the Buddha's feet.
She detested the form of a woman,
And returned home with shame.
When the Buddha agreed to Nai Nu's (捺女 [na nu])
Invitation and she had left,
The nobles and commoners of Vaishali (維耶離 [wei ye li])
All came to the Buddha's place.
With white horses and white parasols,
Their clothes were all plain silk.
All their adornments were white,
Their demeanor was very beautiful to behold.
Blue, yellow, red, black,
And various other colors, each in their own group.
Adorned, they came to the Buddha,
Like the heavenly beings of Trayastrimsa Heaven (忉利天 [dao li tian]).
This group also invited the Buddha,
But the Buddha said, "I have already accepted an invitation."
The Buddha had accepted Nai Nu's (捺女 [na nu]) invitation,
And this group all felt resentful.
Then the Buddha, for their sake,
Widely spoke the subtle and wondrous Dharma (法 [fa]).
The sweet dew, without reduction,
Eliminated all their sufferings.
He briefly and plainly spoke
The essential Dharma (法 [fa]) of the Four Noble Truths (四諦 [si di]).
Countless Licchavis (離犍 [li jian])
All took the sweet dew medicine.
The Buddha, at that time,
Taught countless Licchavis (離犍 [li jian]).
He said goodbye to them,
And their hearts all established the Right Dharma (正法 [zheng fa]).
It was like teaching the fierce,
And turning back the suffering of hell (地獄 [de yu]).
And countless sentient beings
All sowed the seeds of being reborn in heaven.

[23] 佛本行經遊維耶離品第二十三

世智一切敏,  所願無不成;
 慈哀加眾生,  如人有一子.
 猶如轉輪王,  放教靡不從;
 患厭世五欲,  欲入法慧窟.
 世尊亦如是,  開建為佛事;
 勤勞行廣化,  事無不究竟.
 隨生死惡世,  順見其起滅;
 欲入大無為,  滅意寂然定.
 時維耶離城,  吸人精魄鬼;
 入城興疫病,  逼迫相嬈害.
 爾時維耶離,  疫盛如熾然;
 國諸王大臣,  集會博論義.
 厲氣之大火,  燒然國萬民;
 各共精意思,  何方除此殃.
 長者名財明,  第一清信曰:
“覩世更無誰,  唯佛可恃怙.”
 因遣清信士,  財明以為使;
 長者清信士,  都共叉手向.
 盡五體投地,  共遙白佛言:
“普救護世間,  願濟我國厄;
 如凍者求火,  猶重病請藥.
 若冥願明曉,  失路者曉導;
 我等求世尊,  欲觀天人樂.”
 使往至佛所,  佛即許受請;
 今捨家覺知,  天人思擾動.
 天於上空中,  告王未生怨:
“如何安無憂,  今當與佛離.”
 王聞天教告,  心即悚然驚.
 意懷愁悴曰:   “眾生心闇鈍,
 誰能詣慧礪,  礪其闇鈍心?
 塵勞之愆咎,  宿對之重債;
 眾生重債咎,  誰當濟令輕?
 我等久見閉,  在生死牢獄;
 誰當以清鑰,  開吾等獄門?
 吾等久暴露,  渴愛之日陽;
 誰當施正法,  月精解渴珠?”
 王因勅令嚴,  輕馳往見佛;
 因請佛明日,  願屈就宮食.
 勅厨令嚴具,  盛饌百味飯;
 佛許於宮中,  受王一月請.
 平治七階路,  乃至流江恒;
 路設諸帳幔,  嚴飾猶天宮.
 雜色眾花香,  散以遍布地;
 人集如水涱,  盈溢譬如海.
 明珠以挍飾,  色白如盛月;
 王之服乘蓋,  敬意施奉佛.
 時佛未久頃,  即到恒水側;
 王更進上佛,  五百七寶蓋.
 人王上五百,  諸龍王貢千;
 天王獻五百,  維耶離五百.
 為世大覆護,  應受寶蓋施;
 盡受諸寶蓋,  餘唯置其一.
 爾時天中天,  與諸弟子眾;
 二千五百人,  便度流江恒.
 維耶離諸王,  盡心愛敬佛;
 供給所當得,  以次來到國.
 佛便即時入,  維耶離大城;
 以八妙深重,  梵清淨音聲.
 佛即說一偈,  諸有眾生類;
 地行乘空者,  宜慈愛眾生.
 以清淨慈水,  普灑於大地;
 熱渴所逼狂,  得水飽滿涼.
 從佛之慶雲,  放甘軟言雨;
 舉城充飽滿,  除重毒害患.
 佛於是即還,  出到城門外;
 佛與諸沙門,  繞城而徐行.
 施護現吉祥,  呪願普永康;
 舉國蒙覆護,  快樂不可量.
 時長者財明,  請佛及弟子;
 飲食香甘饌,  種種盡愛敬.
 時佛廣斑宣,  深要之正法;
 師子音以下,  四千人得道.
 佛與弟子眾,  乃至捺女林;
 㮈女聞之已,  馳出往見佛.
 到門即下車,  瓔珞如電雲;
 始入園林樹,  狀似吉祥天.
 行步趨庠序,  如水隨波流;
 顏容如春陽,  芙蓉花之叢.
 將諸天人女,  服飾之姿貌;
 行於林樹間,  或動天地眼.
 佛世尊視見,  魔王之羅網;
 目觀其美色,  壞人戒律行.
 佛以梵音聲,  告諸沙門者:
“捺女今來至,  卿等攝撿意.
 各建志手執,  精進之強弓;
 以正直之矢,  筈承智慧弦.
 皆被定意鎧,  乘自守戒車;
 各儲慈觀意,  入眼色戰陣.
 卿等當諦計,  女人何可是;
 假借相欺惑,  如銅鐵金塗.
 皮薄如蠅翅,  若不以覆上;
 此但是肉積,  當作是計知.
 涕唾眼中眵,  若不拭却者;
 及與身上垢,  若不以水洗.
 膿血及糞除,  聚會於一處;
 熟思視是者,  欲意滅不生.
 卿等自觀計,  是骨舍可惡;
 以筋纏束縛,  外則以肉塗.
 衣裳服飾覆,  如畫師覆壁;
 但作是自觀,  莫隨彼欺惑.
 堅慎護心意,  後可有所益;
 初不調伏心,  後則不可御.
 邪行失正路,  迷惑迴周旋;
 猶如官磨馬,  竟以繞磨走.
 眼喜視色者,  心則隨目惑;
 諦觀其表裏,  愚染慧離著.”
 時佛以是教,  誡諸幼弟子;
 即共自撿攝,  一心視佛面.
 捺女遙見佛,  光相明嚴好;
 巍巍林樹間,  如日雲中出.
 慈敬意視佛,  微妙心清淨;
 猶如樹花繁,  風吹令傾屈.
 如是禮佛足,  叉手心恭敬;
 却就其坐位,  佛便告之曰:
“女情貪放逸,  卿善心詣吾;
 信樂正真法,  是利甚難遇.
 男子信樂法,  是不可為奇;
 男雖意深重,  塵勞猶差薄.
 女人常迴旋,  於諸塵勞愛;
 意局心輕躁,  專著六所欲.
 汝心存於道,  是最可貴奇;
 一切世無常,  無吾我可恃.
 疾病侵安隱,  老毀顏色貌;
 劫奪人壽命,  樂法無患難.
 女人多貪嫉,  不喜怨憎會;
 女人心戀著,  不樂與愛別.
 凡受女人形,  必有是二惱;
 以是義之故,  汝當勤奉法.”
 㮈女性軟弱,  心甚懷慚愧;
 正法所勸進,  勉宜起恭敬.
 便叉手長跪,  前白世尊言:
“願佛垂慈愍,  明旦受我請.”
 時佛覺其心,  甚清淨歡喜;
 默然受其請,  女便辭欲退.
 因五體投地,  稽首禮佛足;
 厭惡女人形,  懷慚且還歸.
 時佛許㮈女,  受請去之後;
 維耶離貴賤,  皆來至佛所.
 白馬白車蓋,  衣服皆素帛;
 諸容飾皆白,  威儀甚可觀.
 青黃赤黑色,  種種各部別;
 嚴飾來詣佛,  猶忉利天人.
 是輩亦請佛,  佛言已受請;
 佛許㮈女請,  是輩皆懷恨.
 時佛為是等,  廣說微妙法;
 甘露無損減,  滅除諸苦患.
 粗略為現說,  四諦之要法;
 無數諸離犍,  皆服甘露藥.
 佛當于爾時,  化無數離犍;
 告辭等已下,  心皆建正法.
 猶如化猛盛,  還反地獄苦;
 及無數眾生,  皆下生天種.

[23] fú běn xíng jīng yóu wéi yé lí pǐn dì èr shí sān

shì zhì yī qiè mǐn,  suǒ yuàn wú bù chéng;
 cí āi jiā zhòng shēng,  rú rén yǒu yī zi.
 yóu rú zhuǎn lún wáng,  fàng jiào mí bù cóng;
 huàn yàn shì wǔ yù,  yù rù fǎ huì kū.
 shì zūn yì rú shì,  kāi jiàn wèi fú shì;
 qín láo xíng guǎng huà,  shì wú bù jiū jìng.
 suí shēng sǐ è shì,  shùn jiàn qí qǐ miè;
 yù rù dà wú wèi,  miè yì jì rán dìng.
 shí wéi yé lí chéng,  xī rén jīng pò guǐ;
 rù chéng xìng yì bìng,  bī pò xiāng ráo hài.
 ěr shí wéi yé lí,  yì shèng rú chì rán;
 guó zhū wáng dà chén,  jí huì bó lùn yì.
 lì qì zhī dà huǒ,  shāo rán guó wàn mín;
 gè gòng jīng yì sī,  hé fāng chú cǐ yāng.
 zhǎng zhě míng cái míng,  dì yī qīng xìn yuē:
“dǔ shì gèng wú shuí,  wéi fú kě shì hù.”
 yīn qiǎn qīng xìn shì,  cái míng yǐ wèi shǐ;
 zhǎng zhě qīng xìn shì,  dōu gòng chā shǒu xiàng.
 jǐn wǔ tǐ tóu de,  gòng yáo bái fú yán:
“pǔ jiù hù shì jiān,  yuàn jì wǒ guó è;
 rú dòng zhě qiú huǒ,  yóu zhòng bìng qǐng yào.
 ruò míng yuàn míng xiǎo,  shī lù zhě xiǎo dǎo;
 wǒ děng qiú shì zūn,  yù guān tiān rén lè.”
 shǐ wǎng zhì fú suǒ,  fú jí xǔ shòu qǐng;
 jīn shě jiā jué zhī,  tiān rén sī rǎo dòng.
 tiān yú shàng kōng zhōng,  gào wáng wèi shēng yuàn:
“rú hé ān wú yōu,  jīn dāng yǔ fú lí.”
 wáng wén tiān jiào gào,  xīn jí sǒng rán jīng.
 yì huái chóu cuì yuē:   “zhòng shēng xīn àn dùn,
 shuí néng yì huì lì,  lì qí àn dùn xīn?
 chén láo zhī qiān jiù,  sù duì zhī zhòng zhài;
 zhòng shēng zhòng zhài jiù,  shuí dāng jì lìng qīng?
 wǒ děng jiǔ jiàn bì,  zài shēng sǐ láo yù;
 shuí dāng yǐ qīng yào,  kāi wú děng yù mén?
 wú děng jiǔ bào lù,  kě ài zhī rì yáng;
 shuí dāng shī zhèng fǎ,  yuè jīng jiě kě zhū?”
 wáng yīn chì lìng yán,  qīng chí wǎng jiàn fú;
 yīn qǐng fú míng rì,  yuàn qū jiù gōng shí.
 chì chú lìng yán jù,  shèng zhuàn bǎi wèi fàn;
 fú xǔ yú gōng zhōng,  shòu wáng yī yuè qǐng.
 píng zhì qī jiē lù,  nǎi zhì liú jiāng héng;
 lù shè zhū zhàng màn,  yán shì yóu tiān gōng.
 zá sè zhòng huā xiāng,  sàn yǐ biàn bù de;
 rén jí rú shuǐ zhàng,  yíng yì pì rú hǎi.
 míng zhū yǐ jiào shì,  sè bái rú shèng yuè;
 wáng zhī fú chéng gài,  jìng yì shī fèng fú.
 shí fú wèi jiǔ qǐng,  jí dào héng shuǐ cè;
 wáng gèng jìn shàng fú,  wǔ bǎi qī bǎo gài.
 rén wáng shàng wǔ bǎi,  zhū lóng wáng gòng qiān;
 tiān wáng xiàn wǔ bǎi,  wéi yé lí wǔ bǎi.
 wèi shì dà fù hù,  yīng shòu bǎo gài shī;
 jǐn shòu zhū bǎo gài,  yú wéi zhì qí yī.
 ěr shí tiān zhōng tiān,  yǔ zhū dì zi zhòng;
 èr qiān wǔ bǎi rén,  biàn dù liú jiāng héng.
 wéi yé lí zhū wáng,  jǐn xīn ài jìng fú;

 shí fú guǎng bān xuān,  shēn yào zhī zhèng fǎ;
 shī zi yīn yǐ xià,  sì qiān rén dé dào.
 fú yǔ dì zi zhòng,  nǎi zhì nà nǚ lín;
 nài nǚ wén zhī yǐ,  chí chū wǎng jiàn fú.
 dào mén jí xià chē,  yīng luò rú diàn yún;
 shǐ rù yuán lín shù,  zhuàng shì jí xiáng tiān.
 xíng bù qū xiáng xù,  rú shuǐ suí bō liú;
 yán róng rú chūn yáng,  fú róng huā zhī cóng.
 jiāng zhū tiān rén nǚ,  fú shì zhī zī mào;
 xíng yú lín shù jiān,  huò dòng tiān de yǎn.
 fú shì zūn shì jiàn,  mó wáng zhī luó wǎng;
 mù guān qí měi sè,  huài rén jiè lǜ xíng.
 fú yǐ fàn yīn shēng,  gào zhū shā mén zhě:
“nà nǚ jīn lái zhì,  qīng děng shè jiǎn yì.
 gè jiàn zhì shǒu zhí,  jīng jìn zhī qiáng gōng;
 yǐ zhèng zhí zhī shǐ,  kuò chéng zhì huì xián.
 jiē bèi dìng yì kǎi,  chéng zì shǒu jiè chē;
 gè chǔ cí guān yì,  rù yǎn sè zhàn zhèn.
 qīng děng dāng dì jì,  nǚ rén hé kě shì;
 jiǎ jiè xiāng qī huò,  rú tóng tiě jīn tú.
 pí báo rú yíng chì,  ruò bù yǐ fù shàng;
 cǐ dàn shì ròu jī,  dāng zuò shì jì zhī.
 tì tuò yǎn zhōng chī,  ruò bù shì què zhě;
 jí yǔ shēn shàng gòu,  ruò bù yǐ shuǐ xǐ.
 nóng xuè jí fèn chú,  jù huì yú yī chù;
 shú sī shì shì zhě,  yù yì miè bù shēng.
 qīng děng zì guān jì,  shì gǔ shě kě è;
 yǐ jīn chán shù fù,  wài zé yǐ ròu tú.
 yī shang fú shì fù,  rú huà shī fù bì;
 dàn zuò shì zì guān,  mò suí bǐ qī huò.
 jiān shèn hù xīn yì,  hòu kě yǒu suǒ yì;
 chū bù diào fú xīn,  hòu zé bù kě yù.
 xié xíng shī zhèng lù,  mí huò huí zhōu xuán;
 yóu rú guān mó mǎ,  jìng yǐ rào mó zǒu.
 yǎn xǐ shì sè zhě,  xīn zé suí mù huò;
 dì guān qí biǎo lǐ,  yú rǎn huì lí zhe.”
 shí fú yǐ shì jiào,  jiè zhū yòu dì zi;
 jí gòng zì jiǎn shè,  yī xīn shì fú miàn.
 nà nǚ yáo jiàn fú,  guāng xiāng míng yán hǎo;
 wēi wēi lín shù jiān,  rú rì yún zhōng chū.
 cí jìng yì shì fú,  wēi miào xīn qīng jìng;
 yóu rú shù huā fán,  fēng chuī lìng qīng qū.
 rú shì lǐ fú zú,  chā shǒu xīn gōng jìng;
 què jiù qí zuò wèi,  fú biàn gào zhī yuē:
“nǚ qíng tān fàng yì,  qīng shàn xīn yì wú;
 xìn lè zhèng zhēn fǎ,  shì lì shén nán yù.
 nán zi xìn lè fǎ,  shì bù kě wèi qí;
 nán suī yì shēn zhòng,  chén láo yóu chà báo.
 nǚ rén cháng huí xuán,  yú zhū chén láo ài;
 yì jú xīn qīng zào,  zhuān zhe liù suǒ yù.
 rǔ xīn cún yú dào,  shì zuì kě guì qí;
 yī qiè shì wú cháng,  wú wú wǒ kě shì.
 jí bìng qīn ān yǐn,  lǎo huǐ yán sè mào;
 jié duó rén shòu mìng,  lè fǎ wú huàn nán.
 nǚ rén duō tān jí,  bù xǐ yuàn zēng huì;
 nǚ rén xīn liàn zhe,  bù lè yǔ ài bié.
 fán shòu nǚ rén xíng,  bì yǒu shì èr nǎo;
 yǐ shì yì zhī gù,  rǔ dāng qín fèng fǎ.”
 nài nǚ xìng ruǎn ruò,  xīn shén huái cán kuì;
 zhèng fǎ suǒ quàn jìn,  miǎn yí qǐ gōng jìng.
 biàn chā shǒu zhǎng guì,  qián bái shì zūn yán:
“yuàn fú chuí cí mǐn,  míng dàn shòu wǒ qǐng.”
 shí fú jué qí xīn,  shén qīng jìng huān xǐ;
 mò rán shòu qí qǐng,  nǚ biàn cí yù tuì.
 yīn wǔ tǐ tóu de,  jī shǒu lǐ fú zú;
 yàn è nǚ rén xíng,  huái cán qiě hái guī.
 shí fú xǔ nài nǚ,  shòu qǐng qù zhī hòu;
 wéi yé lí guì jiàn,  jiē lái zhì fú suǒ.
 bái mǎ bái chē gài,  yī fú jiē sù bó;
 zhū róng shì jiē bái,  wēi yí shén kě guān.
 qīng huáng chì hēi sè,  zhǒng zhǒng gè bù bié;
 yán shì lái yì fú,  yóu dāo lì tiān rén.
 shì bèi yì qǐng fú,  fú yán yǐ shòu qǐng;
 fú xǔ nài nǚ qǐng,  shì bèi jiē huái hèn.
 shí fú wèi shì děng,  guǎng shuō wēi miào fǎ;
 gān lù wú sǔn jiǎn,  miè chú zhū kǔ huàn.
 cū lüè wèi xiàn shuō,  sì dì zhī yào fǎ;
 wú shù zhū lí jiān,  jiē fú gān lù yào.
 fú dāng yú ěr shí,  huà wú shù lí jiān;
 gào cí děng yǐ xià,  xīn jiē jiàn zhèng fǎ.
 yóu rú huà měng shèng,  hái fǎn de yù kǔ;
 jí wú shù zhòng shēng,  jiē xià shēng tiān zhǒng.

shi zhi yi qie min, suo yuan wu bu cheng;
ci ai jia zhong sheng, ru ren you yi zi.
you ru zhuan lun wang, fang jiao mi bu cong;
huan yan shi wu yu, yu ru fa hui ku.
shi zun yi ru shi, kai jian wei fu shi;
qin lao xing guang hua, shi wu bu jiu jing.
sui sheng si e shi, shun jian qi qi mie;
yu ru da wu wei, mie yi ji ran ding.
shi wei ye li cheng, xi ren jing po gui;
ru cheng xing yi bing, bi po xiang rao hai.
er shi wei ye li, yi sheng ru chi ran;
guo zhu wang da chen, ji hui bo lun yi.
li qi zhi da huo, shao ran guo wan min;
ge gong jing yi si, he fang chu ci yang.
zhang zhe ming cai ming, di yi qing xin yue:
"du shi geng wu shui, wei fu ke shi hu."
yin qian qing xin shi, cai ming yi wei shi;
zhang zhe qing xin shi, dou gong cha shou xiang.
jin wu ti tou de, gong yao bai fu yan:
"pu jiu hu shi jian, yuan ji wo guo e;
ru dong zhe qiu huo, you zhong bing qing yao.
ruo ming yuan ming xiao, shi lu zhe xiao dao;
wo deng qiu shi zun, yu guan tian ren le."
shi wang zhi fu suo, fu ji xu shou qing;
jin she jia jue zhi, tian ren si rao dong.
tian yu shang kong zhong, gao wang wei sheng yuan:
"ru he an wu you, jin dang yu fu li."
wang wen tian jiao gao, xin ji song ran jing.
yi huai chou cui yue: "zhong sheng xin an dun,
shui neng yi hui li, li qi an dun xin?
chen lao zhi qian jiu, su dui zhi zhong zhai;
zhong sheng zhong zhai jiu, shui dang ji ling qing?
wo deng jiu jian bi, zai sheng si lao yu;
shui dang yi qing yao, kai wu deng yu men?
wu deng jiu bao lu, ke ai zhi ri yang;
shui dang shi zheng fa, yue jing jie ke zhu?"
wang yin chi ling yan, qing chi wang jian fu;
yin qing fu ming ri, yuan qu jiu gong shi.
chi chu ling yan ju, sheng zhuan bai wei fan;
fu xu yu gong zhong, shou wang yi yue qing.
ping zhi qi jie lu, nai zhi liu jiang heng;
lu she zhu zhang man, yan shi you tian gong.
za se zhong hua xiang, san yi bian bu de;
ren ji ru shui zhang, ying yi pi ru hai.
ming zhu yi jiao shi, se bai ru sheng yue;
wang zhi fu cheng gai, jing yi shi feng fu.
shi fu wei jiu qing, ji dao heng shui ce;
wang geng jin shang fu, wu bai qi bao gai.
ren wang shang wu bai, zhu long wang gong qian;
tian wang xian wu bai, wei ye li wu bai.
wei shi da fu hu, ying shou bao gai shi;
jin shou zhu bao gai, yu wei zhi qi yi.

fu yu di zi zhong, nai zhi na nu lin;
nai nu wen zhi yi, chi chu wang jian fu.
dao men ji xia che, ying luo ru dian yun;
shi ru yuan lin shu, zhuang shi ji xiang tian.
xing bu qu xiang xu, ru shui sui bo liu;
yan rong ru chun yang, fu rong hua zhi cong.
jiang zhu tian ren nu, fu shi zhi zi mao;
xing yu lin shu jian, huo dong tian de yan.
fu shi zun shi jian, mo wang zhi luo wang;
mu guan qi mei se, huai ren jie lu xing.
fu yi fan yin sheng, gao zhu sha men zhe:
"na nu jin lai zhi, qing deng she jian yi.
ge jian zhi shou zhi, jing jin zhi qiang gong;
yi zheng zhi zhi shi, kuo cheng zhi hui xian.
jie bei ding yi kai, cheng zi shou jie che;
ge chu ci guan yi, ru yan se zhan zhen.
qing deng dang di ji, nu ren he ke shi;
jia jie xiang qi huo, ru tong tie jin tu.
pi bao ru ying chi, ruo bu yi fu shang;
ci dan shi rou ji, dang zuo shi ji zhi.
ti tuo yan zhong chi, ruo bu shi que zhe;
ji yu shen shang gou, ruo bu yi shui xi.
nong xue ji fen chu, ju hui yu yi chu;
shu si shi shi zhe, yu yi mie bu sheng.
qing deng zi guan ji, shi gu she ke e;
yi jin chan shu fu, wai ze yi rou tu.
yi shang fu shi fu, ru hua shi fu bi;
dan zuo shi zi guan, mo sui bi qi huo.
jian shen hu xin yi, hou ke you suo yi;
chu bu diao fu xin, hou ze bu ke yu.
xie xing shi zheng lu, mi huo hui zhou xuan;
you ru guan mo ma, jing yi rao mo zou.
yan xi shi se zhe, xin ze sui mu huo;
di guan qi biao li, yu ran hui li zhe."
shi fu yi shi jiao, jie zhu you di zi;
ji gong zi jian she, yi xin shi fu mian.
na nu yao jian fu, guang xiang ming yan hao;
wei wei lin shu jian, ru ri yun zhong chu.
ci jing yi shi fu, wei miao xin qing jing;
you ru shu hua fan, feng chui ling qing qu.
ru shi li fu zu, cha shou xin gong jing;
que jiu qi zuo wei, fu bian gao zhi yue:
"nu qing tan fang yi, qing shan xin yi wu;
xin le zheng zhen fa, shi li shen nan yu.
nan zi xin le fa, shi bu ke wei qi;
nan sui yi shen zhong, chen lao you cha bao.
nu ren chang hui xuan, yu zhu chen lao ai;
yi ju xin qing zao, zhuan zhe liu suo yu.
ru xin cun yu dao, shi zui ke gui qi;
yi qie shi wu chang, wu wu wo ke shi.
ji bing qin an yin, lao hui yan se mao;
jie duo ren shou ming, le fa wu huan nan.
nu ren duo tan ji, bu xi yuan zeng hui;
nu ren xin lian zhe, bu le yu ai bie.
fan shou nu ren xing, bi you shi er nao;
yi shi yi zhi gu, ru dang qin feng fa."
nai nu xing ruan ruo, xin shen huai can kui;
zheng fa suo quan jin, mian yi qi gong jing.
bian cha shou zhang gui, qian bai shi zun yan:
"yuan fu chui ci min, ming dan shou wo qing."
shi fu jue qi xin, shen qing jing huan xi;
mo ran shou qi qing, nu bian ci yu tui.
yin wu ti tou de, ji shou li fu zu;
yan e nu ren xing, huai can qie hai gui.
shi fu xu nai nu, shou qing qu zhi hou;
wei ye li gui jian, jie lai zhi fu suo.
bai ma bai che gai, yi fu jie su bo;
zhu rong shi jie bai, wei yi shen ke guan.
qing huang chi hei se, zhong zhong ge bu bie;
yan shi lai yi fu, you dao li tian ren.
shi bei yi qing fu, fu yan yi shou qing;
fu xu nai nu qing, shi bei jie huai hen.
shi fu wei shi deng, guang shuo wei miao fa;
gan lu wu sun jian, mie chu zhu ku huan.
cu lue wei xian shuo, si di zhi yao fa;
wu shu zhu li jian, jie fu gan lu yao.
fu dang yu er shi, hua wu shu li jian;
gao ci deng yi xia, xin jie jian zheng fa.
you ru hua meng sheng, hai fan de yu ku;
ji wu shu zhong sheng, jie xia sheng tian zhong.
