[0870c22] That bhikṣuṇī (比丘尼 [bi qiu ni]) then greeted the outsider woman Parivrājaka (波離婆闍迦外道之女 [bo li po du jia wai dao zhi nu]). After greeting her, she said to her: "Excellent, sister! You should know that your husband, Kāśyapa (迦葉 [jia ye]), and I have the same teacher. We have renounced home (出家學道 [chu jia xue dao]) and are practicing the Brahma-faring (修行梵行 [xiu xing fan xing]). You can also go to him and, with our teacher, renounce home (出家學道 [chu jia xue dao]) and practice the Brahma-faring."

[0870c27] At that time, the outsider woman Bhadrā Kāpilīya Parivrājaka (跋陀羅迦卑梨耶波離婆闍迦外道之女 [ba tuo luo jia bei li ye bo li po du jia wai dao zhi nu]) asked that bhikṣuṇī: "Excellent, sister! What is your teacher like?" After she said this, the bhikṣuṇī replied to the outsider woman Bhadrā (跋陀羅外道女 [ba tuo luo wai dao nu]): "Excellent, sister! Our teacher is adorned with the thirty-two marks of a great man (三十二大人之相 [san shi er da ren zhi xiang]), possesses the eighty minor marks (八十種好 [ba shi zhong hao]), the eighteen uncommon qualities of a Buddha (十八不共佛法 [shi ba bu gong fu fa]), the ten powers (十力 [shi li]), the four kinds of fearlessness (四無所畏 [si wu suo wei]), great loving-kindness (大慈 [da ci]) and great compassion (大悲 [da bei]). He is fully endowed with countless precepts, countless meditations (定眾 [ding zhong]), countless wisdoms, countless liberations (解脫眾 [jie tuo zhong]), and countless knowledge and insight of liberation (解脫知見眾 [jie tuo zhi jian zhong]). All the disciples of our great master, the Śrāvakas (聲聞 [sheng wen]), are also fully endowed with countless precepts, countless meditations, countless wisdoms, countless liberations, and countless knowledge and insight of liberation."
