This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 112.78

षष्टि निधानसहस्राणि जातरूपमनल्पकं ।
तां पुत्र प्रतिपद्याहि राज्यं निर्यातयामि ते ॥ ७८ ॥

ṣaṣṭi nidhānasahasrāṇi jātarūpamanalpakaṃ |
tāṃ putra pratipadyāhi rājyaṃ niryātayāmi te || 78 ||

Here I have sixty thousand treasures, a plentiful store of gold. To these succeed, my son; I hand over the kingdom to you. (78)
