This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 112.30

अथ ये नरकप्रक्षिप्ता अयसा प्रतिकुब्जिता ।
तेषाम् अयोमया भूमि प्रज्वलिता तेजसंयुता ॥ ३० ॥

atha ye narakaprakṣiptā ayasā pratikubjitā |
teṣām ayomayā bhūmi prajvalitā tejasaṃyutā || 30 ||

These hells are surrounded with walls of iron, with a vault of iron above. Their floor is of hot and glowing iron. (30)
