This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 112.3

मह्यं ग्रामवरं देहि नारीयो च स्वलंकृता ।
अहं श्रोणकम् आख्यास्यं सहायं पान्सुक्रीडकं ॥ ३ ॥

mahyaṃ grāmavaraṃ dehi nārīyo ca svalaṃkṛtā |
ahaṃ śroṇakam ākhyāsyaṃ sahāyaṃ pānsukrīḍakaṃ || 3 ||

Give the fair village and the gaily dressed women to me, for I will give you news of Shronaka, your friend and playmate. (3)
