This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 103.4

योगेहि वुह्यति बालो योगं नुदति पण्डितः ।
सर्वयोग-असंयुक्तो योगक्षेमीति वुच्चति ॥ ४ ॥

yogehi vuhyati bālo yogaṃ nudati paṇḍitaḥ |
sarvayoga-asaṃyukto yogakṣemīti vuccati || 4 ||

The weakling is carried away by the ties of attachment, The wise man shakes off his bondage. He who is not tied by any bond is said to have freedom from bondage. (4)
