This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 94.29

येन केनचिद् अर्थेन गच्छथ पश्चिमां दिशं ।
नक्षत्रा वो भिपालेन्तु ये तां दिशम् अधिष्ठिता ॥ २९ ॥

yena kenacid arthena gacchatha paścimāṃ diśaṃ |
nakṣatrā vo bhipālentu ye tāṃ diśam adhiṣṭhitā || 29 ||

On whatever business you go to the western quarter may the constellations that stand in that quarter guard you:... (29)
