This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 94.19

मघा चोभे च फाल्गुण्यौ हस्ता चित्रा च पंचमा ।
स्वाती चैव विशाखा च एतेषां दक्षिणा दिशा ॥ १९ ॥

maghā cobhe ca phālguṇyau hastā citrā ca paṃcamā |
svātī caiva viśākhā ca eteṣāṃ dakṣiṇā diśā || 19 ||

Magha, the twin Phalguni, Hasta, Citra, the fifth, Svati and Vishakha—the southern quarter is theirs. (19)
