This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 94.8

भद्रं वो भद्रशिरी वो वाणिजा भद्रम् अस्तु वो ।
येन केनचित् कार्येण गच्छथ पुरिमां दिशां ॥ ८ ॥

bhadraṃ vo bhadraśirī vo vāṇijā bhadram astu vo |
yena kenacit kāryeṇa gacchatha purimāṃ diśāṃ || 8 ||

Good fortune and good luck be yours, traders; may it be well with you on whatever business you go to the regions of the east. (8)
