This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 94.2

प्रत्यग्रं च प्रणीतं च एषणीयं च कल्पियं ।
तर्पणं प्रथमं शास्तु अदेन्सुः त्रपुसभल्लिया ॥ २ ॥

pratyagraṃ ca praṇītaṃ ca eṣaṇīyaṃ ca kalpiyaṃ |
tarpaṇaṃ prathamaṃ śāstu adensuḥ trapusabhalliyā || 2 ||

The first refreshment that Trapusa and Bhalliya gave the Master was choice, exquisite, desirable and fitting. (2)
