This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 89.66

दृष्ट्वा च नं अभिमनं उद्युक्तं शासने दशबलस्य ।
तं प्रापुणाहि क्षिप्रं स्फृश निर्वाणं सुखं शान्तं ॥ ६६ ॥

dṛṣṭvā ca naṃ abhimanaṃ udyuktaṃ śāsane daśabalasya |
taṃ prāpuṇāhi kṣipraṃ sphṛśa nirvāṇaṃ sukhaṃ śāntaṃ || 66 ||

And seeing him thus deliberately devoted to the Dashabala’s teaching (his father said to him) “My son, quickly attain the blissful and calm nirvana. (66)
