This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 87.24

बोधिं अभिप्रार्थयता प्रार्थयमानेन अच्युतं स्थानं ।
सुमहन्ता अधिकारा मया कृता हृष्टचित्तेन ॥ २४ ॥

bodhiṃ abhiprārthayatā prārthayamānena acyutaṃ sthānaṃ |
sumahantā adhikārā mayā kṛtā hṛṣṭacittena || 24 ||

“Whilst I was aiming at enlightenment and seeking the eternal abode, right good service did I render them with enraptured heart. (24)
