This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 86.8

आसनं उदकं पाद्यं मधुरकल्पं च पायसं ।
प्रतिगृह्णामि गोविंद अग्रं अभिहराहि मे ॥ ८ ॥

āsanaṃ udakaṃ pādyaṃ madhurakalpaṃ ca pāyasaṃ |
pratigṛhṇāmi goviṃda agraṃ abhiharāhi me || 8 ||

I accept the seat, the water for the feet, the sweet cakes, and the drink, O Govinda. Bring me the best. (8)
