This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 76.46

न तत्र शीतम् उष्णं वा दंशा वा मशका पि वा ।
चारिकां चरमाणस्य शिखिस्य लोकनायके ॥ ४६ ॥

na tatra śītam uṣṇaṃ vā daṃśā vā maśakā pi vā |
cārikāṃ caramāṇasya śikhisya lokanāyake || 46 ||

...nor heat, nor cold, nor gadflies, nor gnats [was spoken of when Shikhin, the Leader of the world, went on his journey]. (46)
