This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 75.106

ते गम्य नातिदूरं पश्यन्ति तं वाणिजा तुरगराजं ।
स्थितं सागरस्य तीरे राक्षसिनगरोत्तरे भागे ॥ १०६ ॥

te gamya nātidūraṃ paśyanti taṃ vāṇijā turagarājaṃ |
sthitaṃ sāgarasya tīre rākṣasinagarottare bhāge || 106 ||

Coming there they saw not far away the king of horses standing on the shore to the north of the island of the Sirens. (106)
