This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 67.125

एते उद्विद्धप्राकारां अट्टाट्टालकखोलका ।
यो वा वहति नागेहि एतं हि वारयन्ति ते ॥ १२५ ॥

ete udviddhaprākārāṃ aṭṭāṭṭālakakholakā |
yo vā vahati nāgehi etaṃ hi vārayanti te || 125 ||

“These high walls, these lofty towers and copings, and these warriors on elephants will stop you. (125)
