This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 67.107

मा एवं अवच भद्रे सुश्रोणि तनुमध्यमे ।
श्रमणा पि हिमे साधु ब्रह्मचर्येण शोभते ॥ १०७ ॥

mā evaṃ avaca bhadre suśroṇi tanumadhyame |
śramaṇā pi hime sādhu brahmacaryeṇa śobhate || 107 ||

“Talk not so, O lady of the fine hips and slender waist. Even recluses, I see, win bright renown by their chaste living. (107)
