This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 66.5

शक्रो स्मि देवानाम् इन्द्रो त्रायस्त्रिंशान ईश्वरो ।
वरं वरेहि मे भद्रे यं किंचित् मनसेच्छसि ॥ ५ ॥

śakro smi devānām indro trāyastriṃśāna īśvaro |
varaṃ varehi me bhadre yaṃ kiṃcit manasecchasi || 5 ||

I am Shakra, the lord of devas, the sovereign of Trayastrimsha. Choose a boon of me, lady, whatever you wish for in your heart. (5)
