This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 65.46

iti kālo mahānāgaḥ uragāṇāṃ varottamaḥ |
hṛṣṭo prāṃjaliko āha adya buddho bhaviṣyasi || 46 ||

“To-day, there will be no challenger to thee and the dharma.” So did Kala, the great Naga, the noblest and best of serpents, gladly and reverently speak and say, “To-day thou wilt become Buddha.” (46)
