This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 65.27

यथा च भवनं मह्यं अन्धकारतमिस्रकं ।
ओभासेन स्फुटं सर्वं अद्य बुद्धो भविष्यसि ॥ २७ ॥

yathā ca bhavanaṃ mahyaṃ andhakāratamisrakaṃ |
obhāsena sphuṭaṃ sarvaṃ adya buddho bhaviṣyasi || 27 ||

“Inasmuch as my gloomy and darksome abode has been all suffused with radiance, to-day thou wilt become Buddha. (27)
