This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

पुष्पा फलानि च शक्यं गणयितुं विजानता ।
त तस्य बुद्धपुत्रस्य गुणपर्यन्त भाषितुं ॥ ४५९ ॥
puṣpā phalāni ca śakyaṃ gaṇayituṃ vijānatā |
ta tasya buddhaputrasya guṇaparyanta bhāṣituṃ || 459 ||
...their flowers and their fruits, than it would be to tell the limit of the virtue of this son of the Buddha. (459)
