This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 64.443

महता परिवारेण शोभनेन महाबलो ।
पूजयति द्विपदश्रेष्ठं संबुद्धम् अपराजितं ॥ ४४३ ॥

mahatā parivāreṇa śobhanena mahābalo |
pūjayati dvipadaśreṣṭhaṃ saṃbuddham aparājitaṃ || 443 ||

Powerful, with a great and brilliant retinue, he honours the Best of bipeds, the invincible perfect Buddha. (443)
