This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 64.429

हीनां च कुलां वर्जेति न स तत्रोपपद्यति ।
आढ्यश् च धनवां भोति जम्बूद्वीपस्मिं ईश्वरो ॥ ४२९ ॥

hīnāṃ ca kulāṃ varjeti na sa tatropapadyati |
āḍhyaś ca dhanavāṃ bhoti jambūdvīpasmiṃ īśvaro || 429 ||

He avoids base families and is not reborn among them. But he becomes wealthy and affluent, a sovereign in Jambudvipa. (429)
