This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 64.380

शीलेन परिशुद्धेन पश्यते मारमालयं ।
मणिवितानसंछन्नं अप्सरोगणसेवितं ॥ ३८० ॥

śīlena pariśuddhena paśyate māramālayaṃ |
maṇivitānasaṃchannaṃ apsarogaṇasevitaṃ || 380 ||

Because of his perfectly pure morality he sees the abode of Mara, covered with a canopy of jewels and crowded by throngs of Apsarases. (380)
