This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.
Verse 64.83
शैलोपमं अप्रकम्प्यं समाधिं च जिनोपमं ।
बोधिमण्डे स्थिहित्वान दृढवीर्यः समारभे ॥ ८३ ॥
śailopamaṃ aprakampyaṃ samādhiṃ ca jinopamaṃ |
bodhimaṇḍe sthihitvāna dṛḍhavīryaḥ samārabhe || 83 ||
Standing on the bodhi throne, firmly and energetically he exerted a concentration that was unshakable like a rock and like a Conqueror’s. (83)
